ResumeRadar, AI Resume Scorer
A free, live web tool that scores a resume the way a technical recruiter would in roughly 60 seconds. Users upload a PDF and receive an explainable 0 to 100 score across open-source contributions, self-directed projects, production experience, and technical skills, along with concrete recommendations for improvement. The system enriches the score with signals pulled from the candidate's GitHub, including stars, primary languages, and authored versus total commits.

Problem
Job seekers rarely receive concrete, recruiter-grade feedback on their resumes, and open-source scoring engines lack a usable product surface, cost controls, and privacy handling required for public deployment.
Approach
I built a Streamlit application on top of HackerRank's MIT-licensed hiring-agent engine, contributing the end-user product: a clean explainable UI that surfaces per-axis scoring and remediation, a GitHub enrichment view that grounds the score in real repository signals, cost controls to keep the tool free, privacy handling for uploaded PDFs, and a live public deployment.
Results
ResumeRadar has been publicly available since launch and returns an explainable score with actionable improvements in roughly one minute. The engine credit is preserved transparently in the UI and in every launch surface.
